To provide an accurate estimate, we ask that you send a drawing of your project. A cabinet rendering or a simple line sketch with measurements is all we need.

We source all materials through trusted local partners. Many allow you to visit their warehouse so you can view full slabs and choose the exact pieces you want. Once you find the color that fits your project, you can place the slabs on hold. From there, the supplier will share your selections with us and we will update your estimate. When installation time arrives, we arrange delivery to our shop, cut and polish your stone with laser precision, and send our crew to install your custom countertops.

After you approve the estimate, we will add your project to our schedule. Installing new countertops or replacing existing ones happens in two steps. First, a technician will visit to create a laser template using exact measurements that guide the cutting process. Next, we will schedule your install date. The time between template and installation is typically at least one week but can vary based on demand.

Before installation, plumbing should be disconnected and all existing countertops cleared. Our team will set your new tops and mount the sink. Please allow 24 hours before having a plumber reconnect the plumbing so the sink can fully set.
