While we do have final say due to industry standards, we do encourage customers to participate in the layout process, especially when working with natural stone, as each slab can vary in color and veining. For quartz or other man-made materials, this step is less critical but still welcomed.
Can I choose a specific slab for my project?
Yes. You can hand-select your slab at our location or one of our trusted distributors. We recommend this for natural stone, since each slab is unique in pattern and tone.
How long does the countertop installation take?
Installation time depends on the project size.
• Small vanities: typically, 1 hour
• Large kitchens: up to 4–5 hours

What do I need to do to prepare for countertop installation?
Please ensure your cabinets are fully installed and level before we take measurements. On installation day, remove all items from existing countertops and disconnect plumbing as needed. We’ll take care of the rest.
Do you offer sink and faucet installation?
We do install undermount and overmount sinks. We do not install or disconnect faucets, as we are not licensed plumbers and are not covered for plumbing under our insurance. However, we can coordinate or recommend a trusted plumber to handle these services right after installation.
Do you offer warranties on your work or materials?
